APIPLAY provides a platform for defining and executing API requests ("Endpoints") securely. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right, authority, and permissions to access and manipulate any third-party or internal API endpoints you connect to APIPLAY.

3. Security & Credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials (including usernames, passwords, API keys, and Bearer tokens) that you use to access the service or store within the APIPLAY vault. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

In no event shall APIPLAY Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
